Field of Hope, the San Pasqual Academy football field, was finally christened on September 26, 2011. San Pasqual Academy is a unique live-in foster high school. The school’s football team, the Dragons, had to play all of their games on the road prior to the construction of Field of Hope. Now they have a beautiful new home field to call their own.
The project was a vision of many, but Chargers QB Philip Rivers and CB Quentin and their wives Tiffany and Alicia along with San Diego County Supervisor Ron Roberts were all instrumental in realizing the vision of the dream. For the exception of Tiffany, all are featured on the video.
