I don aagree with Steveadler76, Heat is worth keeping, Hoffie is much older and still delivering but the team had to let go of him.

But hey, lets talk bout the Peavy deal, The Chicago White Sox have acquired Jake Peavy in exchange for left-handers Aaron Poreda and Clayton Richard and right-handers Dexter Carter and Adam Russell. Who are these 4 guys? I bet KT got them for being cheap right?, but can they play?

Great Podcast guys. I'm with you all the way on the Heath Bell trade. It makes no sense to keep the guy here while the team is rebuilding. If Heath were 27 that could be a different story.

As far as Adrian goes, I don't think you move him, especially with Blanks starting to hit. Blanks has looked solid in the field and moves quite well. We always need more offense with this team and Blanks can actually provide protection for Adrian now. I don't know that Adrian has more value right now than he would have at this time next year.

I really believe it depends on the team, if you are looking at moving him to a small market team, it would make sense he has move value because of the challenge that team would have signing him long term. When you talk about moving Adrian to a team like the Red Sox that would have no problem spending the money to re-sign him, then I don't think it' matters if it's this year, next or 2011 because they would plan on signing him anyway.
