Interleague play is off to another rollicking start for the Padres. Losers of 18 out of 20 games against the American League, and fresh off a sweep at the hands of the Angels, San Diego is back home for six games against the Mariners and A’s. But while Jake Peavy’s absence seemingly opens the door for the Padres to get younger, it seems like retreads are in line ahead of call-ups.
