Chargers wide receiver Legedu Naanee is stepping into a bigger role in the Chargers offense, starting in the place normally occupied by holdout Pro Bowler Vincent Jackson. Will this be the year Naanee takes a similar leap into the upper echelon of wide receivers?

CHARGERS FANS: Here’s how you can help support the battle against Huntington’s Disease while cheering on your Chargers this season!  Sign up for TDs to Cure HD, where you can pledge a donation from $1 to $40 for every touchdown the Chargers score this season.  100% of the money will go toward helping end Huntington’s Disease, one of life’s cruelest diseases.

Huntington’s disease is a fatal, genetic brain disorder that destroys a person’s mental and physical abilities.  An estimated 30,000 Americans have it, and at least 150,000 more are at risk.  Children of a parent with HD have a 50-50 chance of inheriting the condition, and the disease can start as early as childhood.  Today there is no cure or treatment, but your support gives our families hope for a future free from HD.

Your generous donation will not only help make this the last generation of HD sufferers, it will also qualify you for great opportunities to meet and interact personally with your favorite Chargers!  For more info and to find out how you can make your pledge today, please visit the Huntington’s Disease Society of America San Diego chapter website.
