Chargers running back Jacob Hester has all of a sudden become quite adept at blocking punts. He did it again Sunday in Kansas City and scored a touchdown in the Bolts’ 37-7 win over the Chiefs. Hester took a moment after practice Wednesday to explain to 619Sports.net how he does it.
