Kevin Kouzmanoff hasn’t been traded…yet.  Neither has Heath Bell.  But according to USA Today national baseball writer Bob Nightengale, both Padres are likely to be gone before long.  Nightengale joins 619 Sports as the 2009 MLB Winter Meetings wrap up from Indianapolis:
